The Centerville Community Services District (District) is soliciting qualifications and proposals from qualified Project Teams to provide services related to the inspection, monitoring, maintenance and repair of five (5) potable water storage tanks within the District’s water distribution system for up to a ten (10) year period.

Interested Project Teams are invited to submit qualifications in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Qualifications and Proposal (RFQ&P).  In order for the Project Team to be considered qualified, it must demonstrate experience in the successful completion of spread-cost, long-term water storage tank services contracts.  The services contract will be reviewed and considered for award in September/October, 2020 with the contract taking effect in January, 2021.
